Terms of payment

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE OF EXHIBITION SPACES
• A contract for "online" buying and selling is a remote contract and the legal negotiation of mobile goods and services between a supplier and the VEGETARIAN FESTIVAL c/o Biolab of Massimo Santinello and a customer within a remote purchase system that was set up by the supplier. In this kind of contract the supplier uses only the remote communication technology called "internet". All contracts will be ended up by entering the website www.festivalvegetariano.it. Here the customer will follow some instructions in order to end up the contract and purchase the required good and/or service.

• The current general conditions of purchase (hereby called "Conditions") are valid between the VEGETARIAN FESTIVAL c/o Biolab of Massimo Santinelli (hereby called "Organiser") and every company with VAT and no profit association (hereby called "Company") that intends to purchase on the website www.festivalvegetariano.it (hereby called "Site"), service for the online purchase of exhibition spaces during the Vegetarian Festival that will take place in Gorizia from the 31th August to the 2nd September 2012.

• The company order on the website www.festivalvegetariano.it according to the envisaged procedures has the same features of a contract. Once you send the proposal, you will get an e-mail confirmation about the reception with a list of all essential elements (for ex. quantity and type of ordered Products, total amount with detailed prices).
• The purchase contract will be concluded and the proposal will be accepted only if the Organisation will receive the bank confirmation about the successful order payment (VAT included). Until that moment your order is only proposal but it has not yet been accepted.
• It is not possible to cancel or to modify an order.
• The company states to agree with the Exhibition Regulation (download from the site www.festivalvegetariano.it) and - according to the law- to accept it in every part without reservation.
• The amount due according to the exhibition space must be paid through PayPal system during the on-line registration or the bank transfer to "Vegetarian festival 2012", reason for payment "Registration to 3rd Vegetarian Festival". IBAN: IT37 K057 2812 4008 04570796348. You will be requested to send a copy per mail of the bank transfer to espositori@festivalvegetariano.it. If you do not perform the payment on time you might not be entitled to your exhibition space.
• It is possible to withdraw from the contract only if the exhibition space will be replaced by another exhibitor. In any case you will be charged with a penalty of € 100,00 within the 08/16/2012. If you withdraw from the contract after the 08/16/2012 you will not be refunded. The exhibitor is not allowed to cede its exhibition space without prior approval by the Organiser.
• If you do not pay the invoiced amounts, the Vegetarian Festival is entitled to retain the exit bonus and all goods and equipment in the stand involving the damage compensation.

SUPPLY CONDITIONS OF FURNISHMENT FOR EXHIBITION SPACES
• A contract for "on-line" buying and selling is a remote contract and the legal negotiation of mobile goods and services between a supplier and the VEGETARIAN FESTIVAL c/o Biolab of Massimo Santinello and a customer within a remote purchase system set up by the supplier. Here the customer will follow some instructions in order to end up the contract and purchase the required good.

• The selected furnish will be supplied according to standard conditions and uses: for particular needs - not included in the list- specific quotations will be issued. You are requested to pay the rented equipment and services though PayPal system or c/c entitled to "Vegetarian festival 2012", reason for payment "Registration to the 3rd Vegetarian Festival". IBAN: IT37 K057 2812 4008 04570796348 In case of request via fax, your request will be considered as a reservation but you will not receive the supply without prior payment.
• If you do not pay the invoiced amounts, the Vegetarian Festival is entitled to retain the exit bonus and all goods and equipment in the stand of the Company involving the damage compensation.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS OF ADVERTISEMENT SPACES AND BANNER ON THE SITE WWW.FESTIVALVEGETARIANO.IT
• A contract for "on-line" buying and selling is a remote contract and the legal negotiation of mobile goods and services between a supplier and the VEGETARIAN FESTIVAL c/o Biolab of Massimo Santinello and a customer within a remote purchase system set up by the supplier. • The banners to be published on the website www.festivalvegetariano.it - size: 200x140 pixel - can be sent per mail to the address: sponsor@festivalvegetariano.it within 08/26/2012.
• If you do not pay the invoiced amounts, the Vegetarian Festival is entitled to retain the exit bonus and all goods and equipment in the given stand involving the damage compensation.
